Making Adjustments to Help You Succeed
We’re taking it back to the basics.
I kept waiting for someone to ask about the Insight Kits.
They were little downloadable activities I created for each blog post—
meant to help you reflect, take action, and go deeper.
I thought they would help my students.
But no one asked.
No one downloaded.
No one even mentioned them.
And that quiet?
It said more than any data ever could.
Let’s dive in!
What Happened?
At first, I was confused.
Then I got curious.
Because here’s what I realized:
I wasn’t just offering support—I was trying to fill a gap.
To add something extra. To make it more.
But more doesn’t always mean better.
Especially when your audience is overwhelmed, burned out, or simply wants less friction.
A nurse mentor
I think those of us who teach, mentor, support—we do this a lot.
We overbuild.
We try to anticipate every need.
We forget to ask:
Do they even want this?
Do they have the bandwidth for it?
Do they have the capacity to receive it?
So I’m letting them go.
The Insight Kits.
The extra.
The assumption that I need to prove value through volume.
Facebook group refocus.
What I Hope You Hold Onto
What I’m rebuilding instead is simple.
More direct.
More needed.
A weekly rhythm of NCLEX questions, thoughtful mentoring, and conversations that matter.
Not because I’m pulling back—but because I’m realigning to your needs.
If you’re craving less noise and more clarity—
You’re invited to my Facebook Group (One on one tips NCLEX and New nurses) is refocusing on what brought so many of us together in the first place:
💡 NCLEX support — thoughtful questions, real discussion, low-pressure learning
👩⚕️ Nurse mentoring — space to ask, reflect, and feel less alone
🧠 Conversations that matter — no fluff, no overwhelm, just guidance when you need it
Every week, you can expect:
📅 Mondays — A new NCLEX-style question
💭 Wednesdays — My answer + why it matters (plus: what would you do?)
🎙️ Fridays — Optional check-in / mentoring thread or mini-Live (topic chosen by you)
🎧 Noticing Check-In Activity + Check Sheet
