A group of nursing students giving thumbs up

Why Is the NCLEX Success Accelerator recommended?

The NCLEX Success Accelerator is a highly personalized program with limited openings. Before enrollment, every student completes an NCLEX Success Audit so we can determine whether this program is the right fit.

Acceptance is not based on your GPA, your practice scores, or how many times you've taken the NCLEX.

It's based on your commitment to the process.

I'm looking for students who are ready to:

  • Commit to a personalized study plan.

  • Complete assignments between sessions.

  • Be open to coaching and honest feedback.

  • Trust the process instead of constantly changing resources.

  • Stay engaged throughout the 12-week program.

If you've failed the NCLEX before, that does not disqualify you. Many successful nurses have had setbacks before passing. What matters most isn't where you're starting—it's your willingness to commit to the work needed to reach your goal.

The NCLEX Success Audit helps us decide, together, whether this program is the best next step for your success.

NCLEX Success Through Personalized Support

Preparing for the NCLEX can feel overwhelming, frustrating, and sometimes lonely—but you don't have to do it alone.

At One on One Tips, we focus on helping you develop the clinical judgment, confidence, and test-taking strategies needed to succeed on the NCLEX and beyond.

Here's What Makes Our Program Different

Personalized Test Analysis
We start by identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and areas that need the most attention. Your study plan is built around you—not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

Customized Study Calendar
Based on your test analysis, you'll receive a personalized study calendar that helps you focus on the right content at the right time.

One-on-One Tutoring
Every session is tailored to your individual learning needs, helping you strengthen content knowledge, improve clinical judgment, and build confidence.

The One on One Tips Three-Question Method
Learn how to approach every NCLEX question by asking:

  • Who is my client?

  • What is the condition or procedure and how does it affect the body?

  • What does the question want?

This proven framework helps students stop guessing and start thinking like nurses.

Clinical Judgment Worksheets
Practice applying nursing knowledge through guided worksheets designed to strengthen the skills tested on the Next Generation NCLEX.

Direct Access and Ongoing Support
Questions don't always happen during tutoring sessions. That's why students have access to support between sessions through WhatsApp for guidance, clarification, and encouragement.

Additional Support When Needed
Some students need a little extra help before test day. Additional sessions are available to ensure you feel prepared and confident.

More Than NCLEX Preparation

My goal isn't simply to help you pass an exam.

My goal is to help you develop the clinical judgment, critical thinking, and confidence needed to become a safe, successful nurse.

You've worked too hard to leave your success to chance.

Let's create a personalized plan that helps you cross the finish line and begin your nursing career with confidence.

“Rhoda has been my rock through this whole process. She took the time understand my concerns and guide through what I need to learn. I needed a plan and she's guided me through what I need to learn. She doesn't sugarcoat things and gives you her honest opinion as to whether you're ready or not to take the NCLEX. Always come prepared with questions to make the most out of your session and commit to studying as much as you can. As with any NCLEX Prep program or tutor you will get as much as you put in.”

“I highly recommend One on One NCLEX Tutoring for anyone struggling to pass the NCLEX exam. After failing the test four times, I began working with Rhoda for three months. She helped me identify my weaknesses and strengths and develop a plan to improve my performance on the exam.

Rhoda was an excellent tutor, providing personalized instruction and support throughout the process. We met twice a week, and her guidance was instrumental in helping me finally pass the NCLEX and achieve my goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.
